About Me
My name is Lucero Alegre, and I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate (LMHCA) in Washington State. As your counselor, my goal is to meet you where you are, helping you navigate your unique challenges with humility and compassion.

I was born in Mexico and raised in Washington state, I am fluent in English, Spanish and Spanglish. I love spending time with my husband, our son and our dog, along with my family and spending time outside.
Approach
Through the integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness practices, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space that fosters growth and healing. My goal is to meet you where you are, helping you navigate your unique challenges with humility and compassion.
Experience
With over ten years of experience as a school counselor and in nonprofit settings, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals in their journeys toward mental wellness. I understand the importance of creating a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
I hold a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling with ESA Certification Emphasis from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the Seattle University.
